Growing these genetics:

Kona Gold is a tropical sativa strain that thrives in warm, sunny, and humid environments, ideal for outdoor growing with plenty of space. The 2026 pheno is our best performing Kona yet, with dense long banana size buds that are coated with trichomes.

  • Our 18/6 light cycle keeps it in veg indefinitely.
  • Kona prefers higher 72-88 degree temps, it is an indoor rock star
  • Outdoor growers should keep this one in full sun, buds get airy with too much shade.
  • Kona prefers well-draining soil, constant air flow and organic soils.
  • Kona eats Cal-Mag like candy but don't go too crazy or you'll see burnt tips on leaves.
  • Our genetics finish in about 10 weeks, harvest when trichomes are 95% milky and before too much amber develops for the truest smoke.

We regularly update these descriptions with genetic phenotype information and consistent unique details learned by both our experience and the experience of our fellow growers. Feel free to let us know your positive and negative experiences with this strain.

ENJOY!!!
